Chris Osborn, RN, MBA, LAChris is a registered nurse and licensed adult care home administrator. He joined Evergreen as a GERTI Instructor in 2006. He has worked in long-term care since 2000 in various roles; CNA, Charge Nurse, Quality Assurance Nurse, and Director of Nursing. Chris served as the Chief Operating Officer at Evergreen before accepting the CEO role in 2015.
Belinda is the Chief Development Officer at Evergreen Community. She brings over two decades of experience in aging services, having served as a nursing home administrator, assisted living executive director, educator, and Kansas State Long-Term Care Ombudsman.
Belinda now leads Evergreen’s philanthropic strategy, including capital campaigns, endowment growth, marketing, grants and strategic partnerships that help ensure the organization continues to serve residents regardless of financial resources. She is a licensed adult care home administrator, a licensed master-level social worker, and a passionate advocate for older adults.
Lisa joined Evergreen with over 30 years of experience in Human Resources and Training & Development. Originally from Southern California, Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and International & Intercultural Studies.
Throughout her career, she has built a diverse skill set across industries such as education, manufacturing, and healthcare. Lisa has also had the privilege of extensive travel throughout Europe, Central, and South America—an experience that has deepened her global perspective and intercultural understanding.
Charla holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Gerontology from Fort Hays State University. Transitioning from years of volunteering as a Long-Term Care Ombudsman and serving as a volunteer Meals on Wheels driver in her community, she became an LNHA. Charla’s deep affection for the elderly and dedication to resident-centered care led her to fulfill her dream role at Evergreen.
Raman joined the Evergreen family in 2018 as the weekday night supervisor. She accepted the Director of Health role in May 2019. Raman graduated with an Associate’s of Nursing degree from Brown Mackie College. She started working in long-term care a RN where she provided care in different areas such as acute rehab, post-acute care, long-term care, dementia care, and assisted living. She loves the culture change and person-centered care philosophy at Evergreen.
Barry is the Director of Environmental Services and Transportation at Evergreen Community of Johnson County. He joined the team in 2022 and stepped into his current role in 2023. Barry is passionate about creating a safe, comfortable environment for residents and staff, and he enjoys getting to know residents and their families along the way. Barry believes in recognizing hard work, encouraging independence, and helping his team grow. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family.
Jeff, with a 38-year background in food and beverage, started his journey at Evergreen in 2019 as an Administrator in Training. He has since transitioned to the role of Director of Dining, where he manages dining and housekeeping services. As a Certified Dietary Manager since 2004, Jeff is dedicated to enhancing the role through his active involvement with the Association of Nutrition and Food Service Professionals (ANFP) and their efforts to redefine the scope of practice and curriculum for Certified Dietary Managers.
