Evergreen Community is a nonprofit senior living community serving older adults in Johnson County. Our campus offers a full continuum of care, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Assisted Living Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing.

Our mission is to provide exceptional person-centered care and services while honoring the choices, dignity, and individuality of every resident.
