The New Evergreen Community
Discover Evergreen Community, a nonprofit senior living community dedicated to providing person-centered care and support for older adults, regardless of their financial circumstances. Our campus offers a full continuum of living options, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Assisted Living Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing, allowing residents to receive the support they need in a place they can call home.
Designed with comfort, dignity, and quality of life in mind, Evergreen Community features welcoming living spaces, engaging activities, and compassionate team members committed to helping residents thrive. Every aspect of our community is centered on creating meaningful experiences and fostering a sense of belonging for residents and their families.
