The new campus is nestled into a treed lot with a natural stream and located on the southeast corner of College Boulevard and Ridgeview Road in Olathe, offering convenient access from K-10. This prime location provides ease of access for residents, staff, and visitors, ensuring a seamless experience.
The projected move-in date for the new campus is anticipated to begin in spring 2026, coinciding with the completion of construction. We’re excited to welcome residents to our new campus and provide an enhanced environment for their care and comfort.
The new campus will offer an array of services tailored to meet the diverse needs of our community. From skilled nursing care in all private rooms to assisted living memory care, independent living apartments, and hospice care, our goal is to provide comprehensive care and support to all those we serve.
The new campus boasts a wide array of amenities designed to enhance residents’ quality of life, including private apartments, multiple dining rooms, a therapy room, outdoor courtyard with a gazebo and koi pond, gardening areas, beauty salon, library, fitness room, patio dining area, lounge, café, chapel, pub, and conference rooms. These amenities foster a vibrant community atmosphere, promoting social engagement, wellness, and relaxation for all residents to enjoy.

Evergreen will accommodate approximately 120 residents at the new campus while maintaining all existing services. This ensures a high level of care and attention for each resident, fostering a supportive and enriching community environment.
